Thomas Zrakas, 51, of 269 Roxbury Road, Niantic, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault on an elderly or disabled person.

Groton City

Craig E. Daniels, 48, of 31 Chicago Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Groton Town

Jarrod S. Edwards, 33, of 24 Tower Ave. was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a school zone.

Mark H. Harvey, 59, of 59 Leafwood Lane was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.


Jarret M. Arato, 27, of 481 Hamilton Ave., No. 308, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Melissa Kauka, 22, of 17 Thamesview Road was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.

Stephanie Wells, 46, of 192 Case St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dorin Ladson, 49, of 131 Mount Pleasant St. was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault on a pregnant woman.
