Groton Town

Billy Feliciano, 31, of 241 Midway Oval was charged Friday with four counts of sixth-degree larceny and credit card theft.

Robert G. Howlett, Jr., 66, of 275 Midway Oval was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

Luis Ramos, 22, of 272 Connecticut Avenue, No. 1, New London, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trover, third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, engaging police in pursuit, driving a motor vehicle without a license, improper signaling and failure to wear minimal face protection.

Orbin Perez, 36, of an unknown address, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and solicitation of a prostitute.

Gina Sementilli, 28, of 55 Blackhall St. was charged Friday with prostitution.

Billy Feliciano, 31, of New Britain was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer.

Juan Torres, 42, of 38 Lee Ave. was charged Thursday with taking a motor vehicle without the owner's permission.

Jennifer Dempsey, 39, of 252 Old Canterbury Turnpike was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Chantel Gibson, 28, of 3 Robbins Court was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Keith Sebastian, 32, of 42 Fanning Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
