Nicholas X. Ford, 23, of Woodbridge, Va., was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

Melvin D. Garrett II, 28, of 96 Ocean Ave. was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

Ashley Garrett, 27, of 96 Ocean Ave. was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

Najjar Miser, 28, of 266 Colman St. was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.

Marland M. Scott, 40, of 46 Crystal Ave., Apt. B81, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Lymarie Garcia-DeJesus, 31, of Worcester, Mass., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

Drew E. Odgers, age unavailable, of 23 Sherman St., No. 3, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility and following too closely.

Randy Hamilton, 37, of 38 Fourth St., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Ryan Waterman, 25, of Central Village, was charged Sunday with third-degree larceny.

Paul Nunn, 22, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with failure to appear in court.

Frank Duclzik, 76, of Southington, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended sentence or registration.

State police - Montville

Tyrone F. Hazlett, 55, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Sunday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Stonington

Aaron O. Warner, 25, of 120 Gallup Hill Road, Apt. 7D, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to register a vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

Jason C. Kramer, 32, of 215 New London Turnpike, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, failure to have minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

John R. Alarcon, 44, of 116 Williams St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, and driving a motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

Waterford

Diane West, 49, of 15 Halls Mill Road, Preston, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license or registration and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.
