Maxine Chambliss, 21, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with third-degree forgery, attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.
Lucas H. Freye, 31, of 1 South St., Stonington, was charged Wednesday with failure to drive in the proper lane, evading responsibility and interfering with an officer.
Matthew Moore, 18, of 296 River Drive, Lisbon, was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief.
Lisabeth H. Bochain, 40, of Cromwell was charged Thursday with violation of probation.
Fabian Hernandez, 22, of 79 Mountain Ave. was charged Thursday with possession of a hallucinogen.
John Sexton, 50, of 909 Old Buddington Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility, driving without a license and failure to drive right.
Alba Pagan, 35, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Thursday with breach of peace and criminal mischief.
Tornando Robinson, 29, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, possession of a hallucinogen, interfering with an officer and refusal to submit to fingerprinting.
Cynthia Forbes, 59, of 309 Crystal Ave., Unit 2B, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Zachary Ransom, 20, of 22 Garfield Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment, breach of peace and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Cynda Edwards, 52, of 115 Willetts Ave., second floor, was charged Wednesday with prostitution.

Peter Desrosier, 53, of Lisbon, was charged Tuesday in Sprague with narcotics not kept in their original container, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Brian L. Taber, 48, of 9 Liberty St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with violation of conditions of release.
