Amber N. Encarnacion, 22, of 34 Linden Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

Michael G. Phillips, 23, of 1 Crystal Lake Road was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to have head lamps.

Groton Town

Joshua Z. Nixie, 21, of 274 Benham Road. was charged Sunday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jennifer Macomber, 34, of 890 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Catrina Croft-Salehjee, 28, of 294 Meridian St. was charged Friday with prostitution.

Alisa Evans, 28, of 173 Route 12, Apt. 423, was charged Friday with prostitution and second-degree violation of conditions of release.

Juan Jose Santiago Diaz, 43, of 169 Mather Ave. was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor.

Mark F. Mammone, 58, of 46 Village Lane, Apt. 4, was charged Friday with use of drug paraphernalia.

New London

Kimberly M. Lucas, 37, of 23 Rosemary St. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Norwich

Charles Richards, 18, of 20 Dubois Road was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, failure to keep narcotics in the original container and possession of marijuana.

Shawn Wilson, 42, of 325 Washington St., was charged Saturday with failure to appear in court and driving with a suspended license or registration.

Stonington

Thomas A. Dube, 60, of 13 Briar Patch Drive, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to return or display a marker plate.

Diane B. Giarratona, 53, of 56 Pepperbox Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Glenn M. Slowicki, 52, of 342 Farmholme Road was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Waterford

Elvis Collazo, 27, of 88 Raymond St. Ext., New London, was charged Saturday with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.
