    Eleni J. Pagan, 18, of 147 Crystal Ave., #A, New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

    Anthony Whitted, Jr., 27, of 15 Utica Court, #A, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration, speeding and failure to carry minimum insurance.

    Tevin Winston, 22, of 5 Old Fort Lane, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to have lights lit, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

    Groton Town

    Shelby L. McRoberts, 21, of 5 Bishop Lane, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic control signal and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Joseph Tavares, 52, of 2 Arbor Court, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    New London

    Josue Paiz-Padilla, 37, of 16 Gorton St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making an improper signal, driving without headlamps and driving without a license.

    Andrew Lecara, 34, of 19 Hawthorne Drive, No. 100, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Robert Brown, 52, of 25 Tilley St., No. 5, was charged Sunday with two counts of first-degree criminal trespass.

    Pedro Feliciano, 49, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Sunday with three counts of violation of probation.

    Tamara M. Drayton, 23, of 18 Brewer St., No. 3, was charged Sunday with carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Alisha Giglio, 26, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving the wrong way on a one-way street interfering with a police officer and cellphone use violation.

    Mairl L. Fuini, 31, of 82 Pinebrook Road, Colchester, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Norwich

    Gary Messier, 39, of East Hampton was charged Sunday with second-degree kidnapping, breach of peace, second-degree threatening, sixth-degree larceny, reckless endangerment, interfering with an emergency call and disobeying an officer's signal.

    Robert Bedard, 19, of 87 Franklin St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

    Robert Rivera, 56, of 87 Franklin St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace, driving with a suspended license or registration and interfering with a police officer.

    Mashantucket Tribal Police

    Andrew Ceneus, 21, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Saturday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Rachel N. Markja, 28, of New Britain was charged Oct. 7 with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Caress Perry, 24, of Southbridge, Mass. was charged Oct. 5 with breach of peace.

    Mohegan Tribal Police

    Michael Jackiewicz, 21, of New Britain, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, interfering with a police officer and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Silva Prudencio, 40, of New Haven, was charged Saturday with possession of cocaine.

    Wu Guisheng, 54, of Flushing, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespass.

    State police - Montville

    John Mulcahy, 53, of 315 Route 163, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Donald Trella, 29, of 195 Prospect Hill Road, Groton, was charged Friday in Preston with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Jamie Bessette, 30, of Sprague, was charged Saturday in Jewett City with breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Arthur Bessette, 29, of Sprague, was charged Saturday in Jewett City with breach of peace, threatening and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Keyur Patel, 33, of Wallingford, was charged Saturday in Montville with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Marcus Santiago, 24, of 89 West St., New London, was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to drive right.
