    Kelsey Lindquist, 26, of 215 Gold Star Highway was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Oscar Baez, 30, of 46 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Sara A. Murcko, 24, of 291 Osprey Drive was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

    Robert M. Corbeil, 41, of 46 Forest St., Waterford, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

    Jose Cruz, 38, of 102 Ivy Court, Groton, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Javona N. Green, 22, of 69 Blackhall St., No. 3, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor.

    Luis A. Rosario-Sykes, 28, of 57 Ocean Ave., No. 1, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    Jessica A. Clark, 22, of 148 Montauk Ave. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Guy Bryant, 48, of 46 School St. was charged Tuesday with possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Elisabeth Lopes, 38, of 45 Merchants Ave. was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

    Payne Chantee, 27, of 29 Mopsic St. was charged Sunday with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

    Michael Collins, 37, of Windham was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Joseph F. Tavares, 51, of 2 Arbor Court, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Waterford

    Sean O'Brien, 26, of 15 Mullen Hill Road was charged Tuesday with criminal impersonation, interfering with a police officer and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Amber Harris, 32, of 57 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment.
