Thomas Zrakas, 51, of no certain address was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer.

Jennifer Dempsey, 39, of 7 Mohegan Park Road was charged Friday with prostitution.

Carol Woodward, 47, of 35 Tanner Ave. was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Carlos Meneses-Pantoja, 26, of 11 Sparrow Court, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

State Police - Montville

Aliyah Beeman, 20, of Stratford was charged Oct. 6 in East Lyme with first-degree criminal mischief.

Chase Clark, 31, of 17 Noble Ave., Noank, was charged Wednesday in Voluntown with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving under suspension, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Clayton Swanson, 45, of 17 Amity St., New London, was charged Thursday in Montville with violation of probation.

Waterford

Janos Bukovics, 42, of 189 Long Hill St., East Hartford, was charged Thursday with driving with suspended license or registration, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to have headlights lit and devices illuminated.

Elizer Tolentino, 23, of 176 Mount Pleasant St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving with suspended license or registration, misuse of license plates, failure to meet the minimum insurance requirements and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
