    Groton Town

    Alicia A. Marsee, 29, of 9 West Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with first-degree larceny.

    New London

    Louis J. Bennett, 30, of 89 Vauxhall St. was charged Thursday with interfering with police and second-degree breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Margaret Lifton, 50, of 84 Summitwoods Drive was charged Oct. 29 with fifth-degree larceny.

    John Jackson, 51, of 80 Broadway Terrace was charged on Nov. 3 with failure to have a stop light, failure to drive right, driving while his license is suspended and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    Joel Colon, 38, of 81 Belden St., New London, was charged on Nov. 5 with misuse of vehicle registration and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Sandra Debarros-Vieria, 26, of 26 Hobart Ave. was charged Sunday with driving while her licenses is suspended.

    Luke Heyse, 20, of 99 Sachem St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

    Karissa Girard, 25, of 161 Connecticut Blvd. was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Andrus Tremayne, 40, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

    State police - Montville

    Shauna Clemons, 19, of 47 Massachusetts Road, Oakdale, was charged in Montville Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jason Delifus, 37, of 66 Dydo Drive, Uncasvlle, was charged in Montville Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Tiana Lopez-Rivera, 19, of 214 Shaw St., New London, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

    Jacqueline Rivera, 39, of 214 Shaw St., New London, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

    Tommy Keech, 19, of 5 Quaker Lane was charged Wednesday with sale of a controlled substance, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
