    Groton City

    Devin J. Lamb, 19, of 156 Hynes Ave. was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny.

     Groton Town

    Bryan P. Kiggans, 26, of 345 Gold Star Highway was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia, use of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.

     New London

    Maria Alvarez-DePeniel, 26, of 31 Summer St., # 3, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief, possession of a deadly weapon, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Wayne M. Moniz, 32, of 1 Saltonstall St. was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

     State Police – Montville

    James Rankin, 30, of 391 Putnam Park, Apt. B, Killingly, was charged Friday in Ledyard with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Paola Fichera, 62, of Glastonbury, was charged Friday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to drive in the proper lane.

     Norwich

    Sean Sanon, 57, of 6 Terrace Ave. was charged Thursday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.

    Andre Salcedo, 53, of 24 Fowler Ave. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a stop sign, failure to obey a traffic control signal and interfering with a police officer.

    Hymon Ames, 20, of 83 Dunham St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Zachariah Iverson, 34, of 61 Swantown Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to obey signs and markers.

     Stonington

    Christopher M. Longo, 20, of 5 Ava St., Westerly, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

    Brandon Brisbois, 22, of Wolcott, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass, evading responsibility and third-degree criminal mischief.

     Waterford

    Victoria Cyr, 19, of 81 East Pattagansett Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Dylan Bishop, 28, of 17 Maple Court, Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with driving under the inluence of alcohol or drugs , failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to renew registration.
