    Payton D. Lyle, 20, of 97 Georgia St. was charged Monday with driving a motor vehicle with an elevated blood alcohol content while under age 21, failure to obey a control signal, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Ingrid Jean-Joseph, 40, of 19 Hartford Court was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    John Beaulieu, 81, of Coventry was charged Jan. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Ralph Zahn, 45, of 19 More St. was charged Monday with second-degree criminal mischief.

    Rebecca L. Powers, 34, of 7 Cedar St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Henry E. Betzner, 32, of Hamden was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment.

    Samantha Jascowski, 31, of 11 R Boston Post Road was charged Monday with driving a vehicle without the owner's permission.

    Abnel Rodriguez, 23, of 291 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Monday with driving with suspended license, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving with suspended license or registration, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics in the original container.

    Corey Ingelsby, 23, of 514R Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
