The Nields in concert -- twice -- in Old Lyme
It'll be twice the folk-rock entertainment when The Nields perform Saturday at Saint Ann's Episcopal Church in Old Lyme.
This illustrious duo of Nerissa and Katryna Nields will offer not one but two shows, and they each have a different focus.
First, in the afternoon, comes a Family HooteNanny. Yup, bring the kids. They'll be happy to join in this all-ages fun fest, where everyone can jam and sing. Expect singing and dancing, playing instruments and encouraging creativity.
Second, in the evening, comes a straight-ahead concert. They'll perform their own songs, with their indelible explorations of life and relationships.
In between the two concerts, the church is serving a pasta buffet supper. It's $5 per person, but free for kids 5 and under.
