    Black Wolves return home

    • Fans at Mohegan Sun Arena will have the opportunity to see the new-look New England Black Wolves as the team returns home for the first time today since acquiring Andrew Suitor from Minnesota and Garrett Billings from Toronto.

The Black Wolves (4-8) take on the Vancouver Stealth (4-9) at 1 p.m. in the teams' only meeting of the year. New England won at Buffalo 12-11 last Saturday, while Vancouver has lost five straight. New England is led by Pat Saunders with 25 goals and 24 assists for 49 points. Vancouver's Duch Rhys has 31 goals and 43 assists for 74 points.

"I hope so," Black Wolves coach Blane Harrison said of whether he believes the team, last in the National Lacrosse League's East Division, will play with a sense of urgency against the Stealth. "... We consider every game from this point forward a must-win game. We're certainly going to into this weekend and hopefully build off the game we had last Saturday."
