Michael T. Louton, 47, of 14 Bradley St., Stonington, was charged Friday with driving a motor vehicle while under alcohol-related suspension, improper use of markers, failing to have minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Mikel K. Blackman, 24, of 14-16 Park St., New London, was charged Sunday with failing to register after committing a nonviolent sexual offense or an offense against a minor.
