Jonathan Cuevas, 32, of 149 Monument St., No. 4, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.
Christopher Benites, 34, of 18 Tacoma Court was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Derrick Spencer, 32, of 9 Fountain Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny, improper use of a marker or plate, driving without a license, third-degree criminal trespass, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to maintain sufficient insurance.

David Kalamian, 67, of 107 Clark Lane, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, following too closely, insufficient insurance and four counts of illegal possession of controlled substance.
