Kevin J. Birch, 40, of 51 Chesterfield Road was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia by a non-student near a school, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and possession of drugs by a non-student near a school.
New London
Maurice Daniels, 52, of Hope Valley, R.I. was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.
Damian Knight, also known as Damian Davis, 31, of 187 Willetts Ave. was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree breach of peace and one count each of interfering with police, third-degree strangulation and using a motor vehicle without permission.
Norwich
Jordan K. Johnson, 23, of 44 Bentley Ave., #3 was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and having a defective tail lamp.
State Police — Montville
Damen M. York-Bridgman, 20, of 54 Black Point Road, Niantic was charged Friday in East Lyme with traveling at an unreasonable speed, operation of a motor vehicle by a minor with elevated blood alcohol content and possession of alcohol by a minor.
Waterford
Jim Herbert, 53, of 166 Yantic St., Norwich was charged Friday with misuse of plates, driving with a suspended license, failure to have minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a license.
Nelson Torres, 27, of 28 Linden St., New London was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Lizmarie Soto, 29, of 28 Linden St., New London was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.
Danny Morales, 39, of 231 Thames St., New London was charged Friday with failure to have minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.
