Police searching for missing Norwich man

Norwich — Police on Tuesday issued a Silver Alert for a 23-year-old man who they said has been missing since Sunday.

Gino Nicasia, who has black hair and brown eyes, is described as a black man who's 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds.

Police are asking anyone with information to call Norwich police at (860) 886-5561.
