Andrey Gorman, 24, of 310 Boston Post Road, No. 152, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway, driving with a hand-held portable electronic device, failure to have lights illuminated and distracted driving. 

Brett P. Goebel, 22, of 43 Crabapple Lane was charged Friday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

Kente Parker, 32, of 908 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening, breach of peace and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Fuquan J. Chapman, 33, of 89 Branford Ave. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to have lights illuminated.

Devyn C. Turner, 23, of 1865 Center Groton Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain minimum insurance and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

Jonathan M. Zadora, 24, of 172 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a control signal and driving with a suspended license.

New London

Mariano Rolon, 33, of 65 Federal St., No. 6, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, risk of injury to a minor, possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.

Jane Perretti, 38, of 55 Prest St. was charged Friday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Norwich

Jeffrey Lang Jr., 21, of 699 Route 32, North Franklin, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling the wrong way on a one-way street.

Michael Burke, 21, of 112 Palmer St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and possession of marijuana.

Sarah L. Hatfield, 28, of 201 W. Main St., East Lyme, was charged Friday in East Lyme with assault on a public safety officer.

Nicholas S. Boots, 23, of 380 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday in Lisbon with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Samantha Whitcher, 37, of 21 Sharaf St., New London, was charged Friday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Gregg Fedus, 51, of 38 Beach Road, Groton, was charged Friday in Griswold with reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and failure to carry registration/insurance card.
