Gerald P. Karpuska, 30, of 306 Canty Lane, Old Lyme, was charged Oct. 7 with two counts of violation of a protective order.

Lauren McGowan, 37, of 18 Maxson St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace, violation of a protective order and interfering with police.

Mark E. Gagliardo, 55, of 21 Steward St., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear.

Nicholas B. Partain, 19, of 150 High St., Baltic, was charged Oct. 8 with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery and disorderly conduct.

Kenneth Byington, 32, of Johnstown, Pa., was charged Wednesday with driving under suspension, misuse of plates, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Jeffrey Wheelis, 36, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor, conspiracy to commit a crime and sixth-degree larceny.
