    East Lyme

    Daniel W. Kloo, 48, of Sarasota, Fla., was charged Feb. 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Ledyard

    Simon Guzman-Delance, 30, of no certain address was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated.

    New London

    Patrick McInerney, 43, of 39 Tilley St., No. 6, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer, second-degree threatening, criminal attempt of assault on a police officer, breach of peace and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Wilfredo Rivera, 53, of 47 Federal St., No. 7, was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Orlando Rios, 45, of 37 Connecticut Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop light.

    Michael O. Hall, 30, of 172 Colman St. was charged Friday with evading responsibility and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Carlos Olmo, 44, of 27 Tilley St., No. 3, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Julien Boone, 25, of Windham was charged Thursday with failure to appear in court.

    Jamel Truitt, 33, of 52 Garfield Ave. was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

    Brandon Smith, 20, of 432 Jefferson Ave. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Cameron Magee, 25, of 8 Roberts Court, Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday with failure to appear in court.

    Kevin Petry, 39, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with two counts of failure to appear in court, failure to respond/town ordinance and violation of probation.

    Norwich

    Lori A. Kelleher, 47, of 46 Boswell Ave., No. 1, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order.

    State police — Montville 

    Kenneth Adoin Graves, 56, of 50 Clarks Falls Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday in North Stonington with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    David Tuttle, 54, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Thursday in Montville with possession of a weapon/dangerous instrument in a correctional facility.

    William Desmond Alford, 69, of New York, N.Y., was charged Jan. 18 in Montville with disorderly conduct and threatening.

    Waterford

    Steven Ampania, 21, of 30 Gorton St., New London, was charged Saturday with failure to have tail lamps and driving with a suspended license.

    Janae Girard-Floyd, 18, of 161 Connecticut Ave., Oakdale, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates.

    Carolann Mansfield, 49, of Waterbury was charged Friday with third-degree larceny, driving unreasonably fast, failure to obey a stop sign, failure to have head lamps, driving with a refused, suspended, or revoked registration or license, interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics and two counts of failure to appear in court.

    Ryan Crowe, 32, of 1B Lincoln Park Ext., Preston, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
