Police searching for missing Ledyard teen

Ledyard — Police late Tuesday night issued a Silver Alert for a 16-year-old girl.
Jayla Lasane is described as a black female, 5 foot 0.9 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. No clothing description was available. Police said she'd been missing since earlier in the day Tuesday.
Anyone who has information on Lasane's whereabouts is asked to call Ledyard police at (860) 464-6400.
