Scott Randall, 46, of Sheboygan, Mich., was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway.
Jorge Echevarria-Melendez, 37, of 18 Clark Place, Quaker Hill, was charged Tuesday in Waterford with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace.

Mary A. Soares, 68, of 10 Mark St., second floor, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and posession of less than a half ounce of marijuana.
