Michael P. Beck, 30, of 671 Noank Ledyard Road, Mystic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to carry proof of insurance.

John Singleton, 51, of 45 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mateo Montes-Muniz, 55, of 82 Maple Ave., Apt. 8, New London, was charged Friday with traveling too fast and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Malina Franco-Huebner, 22, of 1 Thames River Place, Apt. 306, Norwich, was charged Friday with breach of peace and risk of injury.

Demetrius Hollum II, 34, of 19 Terrace Ave., New London, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Orie Plasse, 26, of 134 Gungy Road, Salem, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespassing and interfering with police.

David Davis, 27, of 40 Pine St., Waterford, was charged Saturday with first-degree trespassing.

Johnathan Smith, 32, of 24 Military Highway, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with first-degree trespassing.

Gregory Metzen, 52, of 40 Pearl St., Apt. 4, New London, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Michael Dansereau, 50, of 35 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operation of a motor vehicle when license is suspended and failure to drive right.

Jean Eddy Joseph, 34, of 38 Ashland St., Apt. 1, Griswold, was charged Friday with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operation of a motor vehicle when license is suspended and failure to drive in proper lane.

Demetri A. Stewart, 25, of Jamaica, N.Y., was charged Friday with second-degree larceny, credit card theft and receipt of money/goods by illegal credit card use.

Josue Paiz-Padilla, 39, of 33 Concord Court, Groton, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Amanda Palmer, 31, of 171 Broadway, Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ryan W. Machalick, 29, of 177 Nautilus Drive, Apt. 3, New London, was charged Friday with third-degree larceny.

Kylie Pierson, 35, of 106 Gilmore St., Norwich, was charged Saturday with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
