Norwich Republicans to hold anti-tax rally Sunday

Norwich — Local Republican candidates will host an “Ax the Tax” rally Sunday at the Norwichtown Green, with the chairman of the state Republican Committee expected to attend as the guest speaker.

The rally, open to the public, will be held at 3 p.m. State Republican Central Committee Chairman J.R. Romano will speak about the state budget and other issues.
