Jose Quinones-Rodriguez, 36, of 5 Copper St. was charged Wednesday with improper marker plate, failure to have minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Joshua D. Maynard, 21, of 72 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Wednesday in Preston with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Bradley Fowler, 47, of 1 Lincoln Park Ext., Preston, was charged Wednesday in Preston with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.
