I-95 in Old Lyme congested due to motor vehicle accident

Old Lyme – The southbound side of Interstate 95 is congested between Exits 71 and 70, the site of a motor vehicle accident, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The right lane was reported closed at 2:28 p.m. and emergency personnel have responded to a report of an overturned vehicle. Further information was not immediately available.
