Looking for a unique holiday party? Bring the crew to Mystified for a private event. Events typically book for two hours and can accommodate 30 players. Larger events are available, but require additional time. Your party will include one hour of game time (up to three run simultaneously), and then it’s onto your social hour. Are you new to the world of escape rooms? Than you should start with Keeper of the Light, Mystified’s newest game. The sea is churning and a monster hurricane is forecasted to hit Connecticut just as night falls. At the mouth of the Thames River, a beacon of light has been dark for generations. The Ledge Lighthouse has long been abandoned and left to the ghosts of the past. Without the warning light, many ships harboring in the sound are at risk of running aground. You and your band of adventure-seekers decide to venture out to the lighthouse in an attempt to activate the light once more. But be forewarned, you will not be the only souls stirring on this stormy night…

Rendezvous with the Renaissance is perfect for history lovers and world travelers! In this game you are a Victorian traveler on your Grand European tour. Upon arrival to your Italian hotel, you realize the wrong travel trunks have been delivered to your room. As you investigate the contents of the trunks, you discover a mysterious notebook and a letter calling for a rendezvous at 11 p.m. at the Santa Maria Novella Church. The letter hints that from there you will begin your search for the lost artifacts! As your bedroom clock chimes 10, you make haste with the notebook and run to the church square. Can you unlock the notebook’s secret and find the lost treasures before 11 p.m.? Rendezvous is wheelchair accessible and perfect for teams of up to 10 players. You will need to channel the great minds of the past, as this game is loaded with puzzles.

Feel like a challenge? Then step into Mystified’s most difficult game, 20,000 Leagues under the Sea and challenge yourself to escaping the clutches of the Nautilus. While traveling across the Atlantic, you and your crew were kidnapped by Captain Nemo. The delusional captain is running short on research funds, and believes he can make a generous profit from your ransom. With your hands bound, you are thrown into a prison cell deep within the submarine. Locked behind an airtight door, you and your fellow captives only have 60 minutes to make your escape before the captain takes his submarine 20,000 leagues beneath the sea!

Still not convinced an escape room is your cup of tea? Often people ask, “Is it scary? Is it claustrophobic?” The answer is no, most players are completely comfortable in the game spaces. The rooms are generously sized and the entrance door is never locked, so players are free to exit the game if they do start to feel anxious. Most often those feelings of trepidation are quickly replaced by curiosity and excitement as the game play unfolds.
