Phillip R. Graham, 62, of 210 Franklin St., No. 1, was charged Tuesday with third-degree larceny.

Andrew Williams, 31, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with one count each of first-degree criminal trespass and violation of probation, and five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Sadie Markovitz, 26, of 19 Cinderella Lane, Quaker Hill, was charged Sunday with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

Karena Morton, 41, of 141 Shaw St., New London, was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

Augustin Philibert, 37, of 520 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without a required interlock device and using a cellphone while driving.
