Groton — The town has launched a new website to give residents and others access to information about the progress of updating Groton’s zoning regulations.

The site, www.grotonctzoning.com, includes basics like how zoning affects residents, business and developers, links to meeting minutes and presentations at Zoning Commission meetings and updates on what’s coming next. The website also offers an option to receive updates via email.

The Zoning Commission has been working to update zoning regulations for more than a year, after a market analysis and regulatory audit recommended it. Regulations last were updated more than 30 years ago.
