I am writing to praise Eversource Utilities for the recent experience I had with them, and in particular, with Susan Stotts, who is in the Vegetation Management Department. We recently had an urgent need to remove some self-seeded trees that had grown out of control and had entangled themselves in the power lines. They posed a serious threat to the safety of our family, our home and cars. 

Susan Stotts was not only sympathetic but she immediately put her resources into action and went above and beyond to get a solution for us. The tree specialists did a great job taking down these trees and now we feel safe. 

In these stressful and trying times, it's hard to get your phone call returned, never mind getting a resolution, and we had been waiting literally years for help from the former CL&P. 

We are very grateful for all the customer service staff at Eversource, because they heard our plea and sent us to the right person: Susan Stotts.
