Klewin to manage $31 million project

Stonington-based Klewin Construction has been chosen as construction manager for a $31 million apartment project in Cumberland, R.I., the company announced Friday.

A.R. Builders chose Klewin to manage the project to build 200 market-rate apartments and other amenities including a clubhouse, athletic facilities and walking trails. New construction will cover 250,000 square feet encompassing four buildings and individual townhouses.

“We are extremely pleased to work with A.R. Builders," said Kyle Klewin, CEO of Klewin Construction, in a statment. "They are a first-class residential development company. This projects fits perfectly into our core competency."
