APPOINTMENT 

Attorney Michael W. Sheehan, President of the New London law firm of Conway, Londregan, Sheehan & Monaco, P.C., has been reappointed as one of the 13 Connecticut attorneys to the Standards of Title Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association. This is the seventh consecutive year that Sheehan has served on the committee. The Standards of Title Committee was established in 1937 and is responsible for drafting and publishing the real property title standards upon which the Connecticut bar and courts rely.

The Light House Voc-Ed Center has received a $5,000 grant from the Liberty Bank Foundation for a development consultant to support the creation of 10 affordable housing units for adults on the autism spectrum. The Light House Voc-Ed Center, founded in 1992, teaches life skills to children and adults with disabilities.
