The Smith-Harris House will be open for the summer on Fridays through Sundays from June through August. Tours take place every hour on the half-hour, starting at 12:30 p.m. with the last tour at 3:30 p.m. A 45-minute guided tour of the Greek-Revival farmhouse on Society Road in Niantic demonstrates the family and agricultural lives of the Avery, Smith and Harris families through the 1840s and into the mid-20th century. Suggested donation is $5.
