Don’t tell me what the calorie count is on this short rib grilled cheese ($13) — don’t ruin how much I reveled in the decadence of it. Oh, man, is it delicious! The short rib meat is ridiculously tender, and it’s embedded in a yummy (as in cheesy and buttery) grilled cheese. The white cheddar mixes with red wine onions, and, really, what more can I say to sell this thing to you? Oh, and you get fries, too.
