Outraged that general would block testimony

    xxxxx

Maj. Gen. James Post is setting a treasonous and dangerous precedent! (Jan. 16 story on DoDBuzz)

Gen. James Post, “Has exceeded the bounds of his command and violated his oath to uphold and defend the Constitution by claiming ... Air Force pilots who tell Congress about successes of the four-decade-old Warthog of committing treason.”

So what should be done about this latter-day Caesar who denies loyal citizens, be they active, military or everyday citizens, access to the Senate that he is sworn to uphold? I would suggest he be denied any pension and tried before Congress for treason and (not the military because they may defend him as one of their own) and failure to uphold his sworn duty and when found guilty sentenced to the maximum possible sentence in Leavenworth for denying Congress its oversight function and intimidating citizens from using their rights to petition Congress.

Yes I am a political conservative, but protecting these rights defends all of our rights. What next? Will Gen. Post or someone like him declare marshal law and forbid everyday citizens access to Congress. Really, how dare he.
