In reference to blight in the City of Groton; Michael Boucher in his list of properties with blight problems omitted two locations. The location of the former Ken’s Tackle Shop on Thames Street and across from the former Ken’s is the former Sportsman’s Bar. The latter location is boarded up and full of combustible junk.

Soon we will be starting our Thames River Water Taxi service. How interesting for tourists to come to this great historical area to look at these two eyesores. Someone needs to make the owner of these properties responsible.
