No pressing numbers to read this letter

It is disgraceful and insulting calling a business or a doctor’s office and having to listen to directions on which number to push, and then listen to music and messages for three to five minutes before a live person comes on.

It is as bad as people who choose to watch network television with its constant ads. The worst part is that there is not much we can do about it.
