Norwich candidates to discuss arts, culture issues Wednesday

Norwich — The five mayoral and 17 City Council candidates will be asked to discuss issues of arts, culture and heritage at a forum Wednesday at the Donald Oat Theater, 62 Broadway, at Norwich Arts Center.

The forum will run from 7:30 to 9 p.m., hosted by Norwich Creates, an arm of the Southeastern Connecticut Cultural Coalition.

To submit questions, contact wbury@cultursect.org by Monday, Oct. 30.

The forum is free and open to the public.
