Lyme — State Rep. Devin Carney, R-Old Saybrook, and state Sen. Art Linares, R-Westbrook, will hold legislative office hours from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, in the community room of the Lyme Public Library, 482 Hamburg Road. The legislators will be available to discuss issues facing the state this legislative session, according to a flier for the event.
