The Pachaug River flows through what remains of Glasgo Pond in Griswold, Monday, Oct. 5, 2015 after the state DEEP released the water behind the Glasgo Dam this fall to prepare for repairs on the 146-year old dam.
The drawdown, which began in mid-September, is scheduled to last 400 days reducing the water level in the pond 18-20 feet for the duration.
