    Waterford Public Library wins PR award

    The Waterford Public Library won the Connecticut Library Association’s Outstanding Library Public Relations Award at their annual conference in Hartford April 21 and 22. The award goes to the best design promoting the library and its services.

    The library, located on Rope Ferry Road, won the award with its “Waterford Reads” project. The posters feature library staff and town officials with their favorite books, movies or music, all of which are available at the library. The posters are on display at the library.
