Norwich Parking Commission closing to prepare for move

Norwich — The Public Parking Commission office at 307 Main St. will be closed Friday and Monday to allow the office to relocate to the Norwich Transportation Center.
The commission office will open Tuesday at its new location at 3 Falls Ave. in the bus depot lobby of the transportation center.
