Groton Town

Gregory A. Chambers, 44, of 37 Ring Drive, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating an unregistered vehicle and failure to carry a driver's license.

Erica L. Cote, 31, of 16 Cottonwood Road, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Robert J. Ford, 38, of 45 South Road, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Boseda R. Jordan, 30, of 176 Grove Ave., was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening and reckless endangerment.

New London

Amerca Chappelle, no age available, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Jessica Diaz, 28, of 70 Farmington Road, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Abigail Gonzalez, 23, of 66 Jay St., was charged Wednesday with criminal impersonation and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Luis Mereno, 24, of 25 S. Ledyard St., was charged Wednesday with interfering with a police officer, assault on a police officer, illegal possession of marijuana with intent to sell and third-degree criminal trespass.

Charles Russell, 27, of 108 Thames St., Groton, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of marijuana.

Donald Penman, 23, of 65 Westridge Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree larceny by possession, first-degree criminal trover and driving with a suspended license.

Kareem Young, 36, of 29 Cottage St., was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

Bobby Dumas, 37, of 534 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia and breach of peace.

Norwich

Damil Agosta, 31, of 267 Boswell Ave., was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny.

Reginald Ragston, 22, of 40 Spaulding St., was charged Thursday with illegal possession of marijuana, sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy to sell a controlled substance.

Chaz St. George, 22, of 54 Tift St., Griswold, was charged Thursday with driving the wrong way on a one-way street, driving with a defective windshield and driving with a suspended license.

State police - Montville

Timothy Marriot 19, of 51 Church St., Moosup, was charged Wednesday in Jewett City with being a minor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making a restricted turn.

Anthony Kobyluck, 22, of 593 Route 82, Oakdale, was charged Thursday in Oakdale with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Walders, 19, of 106 Blinman St., New London, was charged Tuesday with first-degree larceny.

William Shaw, 47, of 19 Latimer Drive, East Lyme, was charged Thursday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Stonington

Melissa A. Short, 30, of 8 Denison Ave., Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Sofia Caballero-Muguruza, 35, of 55 Paul Revere Drive, Groton, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Raymond Ingram, 42, of 33 Mullen Hill Road, was charged Wednesday with having a weapon in a vehicle and a transacting a firearm sale with no paperwork.
