Groton elementary school promotes its last 5th-grade class, racing returns to Wateford Speedbowl

Groton's Pleasant Valley Elementary School, which was built in the 1950s, closed its doors for good after promoting its last 5th-grade class. The closure was a result of the town's ongoing budget crisis.
There will be racing afterall at the Waterford Speedbowl. We get an update on that story and we hear about the grand opening of an Aldi grocery store in Waterford.
