This week I talk to Julia Bergman about a complex 7-hour rescue at sea of a wounded submarine sailor. She also takes us up the Connecticut River on a Coast Guard cutter on an ice-breaking mission as accumulated ice on the river prompted emergency conditions in at least one town.
