    New London

    Barry Lopez, 24, of 48 Crystal Ave. No. 81, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Yamixa M. Bonilla, 33, of 180 Laurel Drive, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have head lamps lit and failure to notify the DMV of an address change.

    Daniel J. Mangelinkx, 22, of 70 Maple Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of narcotics and two counts of possession of narcotics with the intent to sell.

    Norwich

    Laura Wallace, 40, of 36½ North A St. was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Robert D. Lish, 27, of no certain address, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Old Saybrook

    Justin Hoffman, 25, of 331 Fairview Road, Westbrook, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State Police - Montville

    Thomas W. Walders, 36, of 105 Hobart Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with driving with a suspended license, breach of peace and second-degree assault.

    Kerry Alfred, 33, of 54 Route 2A, Preston, was charged Wednesday in Preston with cruelty to animals.

    Joel R. Izbicki, 22, of 103 Paper Mill Road, Lisbon was charged Thursday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

    Waterford

    Diane Harris, 41, of 58 Route 2A, Preston, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Liza Solomans, 42, of 167 Old Norwich Road, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

    Barry Eckhart, 47, of 321 Willetts Ave., was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and possession of less than a half an ounce of marijuana.

    Timothy Corcoran, 41, of 321 Willetts Ave. was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree larceny.
