    Groton Town

    Danielle Kenyon, 33, of 68 Jerome Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny and illegal use of a credit card.

    Kristen A. Vitko, 36, of 62 Chiou Drive, Griswold, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, multilane violation and failure to illuminate headlights.

    New London

    Lydia Torres, 23, of 46 Crystal Ave. B74, was charged Saturday with using a cellphone while driving without a hands-free device and driving with a suspended license.

    Angela M. Franceschi, 33, of 46 Crystal Ave. B99 was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

    Matthew G. Smead, 29, of 131 Meetinghouse Lane, Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to drive right and no insurance.

    Dana A. Rivera, 21, of 408 Indigo St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and improper parking.

    Tammy L. Wheeler, 42, of 17 Grand St. No. 3, was charged Saturday with violating a protective order.

    Thomas A. Smith, 44, of 38 Squire St. No. 3, was charged Saturday with violating a protective order and possession of cocaine.

    Anthony Rose, 54, of 872 North Road, Groton, was charged Friday for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Kevin Chavez, 20, of 60 Lorraine Road, Groton, was charged Friday with possession of cocaine.

    Wilfredo Lebron, 40, of 36 Truman St. No. 3, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to carry insurance.

    Jeffrey A. Pascal, 48, of 72 Corey Lane, Niantic, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and following too closely.

    Norwich

    Timothy Chartier, 26, of 28 Oneco St., was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Rebecca Conrad, 31, of 244 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Friday with four counts of violating a protective order and four counts of second-degree harassment.

    Michael McAuliffe, 58, of 335 Hamilton Ave., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
