    Robert J. Carnavale, 61, of 6 Bushnell Place, was charged Saturday with assaulting a police officer, interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

    Romeyn T. Murphy, 41, of 29 Mopsic St., was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Michael Billips, 54, of 18 Union St., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Troy Quinn, 38, of 72 Windham Ave., Colchester, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Eudocio Cruz, 26, of 129 Ashcraft Road, New London, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Sadia Roy, 27, of 69 Dydo Drive, Uncasville, was charged Sunday in Montville with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than 4 ounces of a controlled substance and risk of injury to a minor.

    Ian M. Picerno, 27, of Bridgeport, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain the proper lane.
