Kimberly J. Hnat, 24, of 372 Tyler Ave., was charged Sunday with interfering with an emergency call and second-degree strangulation.
Groton Town
Michael A. Calabrese, 50, of 92 Godfrey Road was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.
Philip R. Murray, 40, of 204 Scotland Road, Norwich, was charged Friday with two counts of breach of peace.
New London
Juan Vazques-Santeu, 47, of 29 Connecticut Ave., first floor, was charged Sunday with failure to drive right, evading responsibility, failure to maintain minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Mario George, 33, of 619 Bank St., A, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree sexual assault, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.
Edwin Burgos-Torres, 30, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Craig Roderick, 25, of 118 Golden St. was charged Thursday with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.
Jonathan Hernandez, 33, of 70 Russell Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darlene B. Bates, 42, of 26 Moss St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with third-degree assault.
Waterford
Oliver Catstillo-Gerez, 18, of 19 Nobill Road, New London, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and possession of narcotics not in their original container.
