    Groton City

    Kathryn Kubeck, 34, of 97 Litton Ave. was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

    Ronald J. Taylor, Jr., 35, of 418 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, R.I., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Kelly E. Jensen, 30, of 128 Litton Ave. was charged Thursday with evading and failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

    Groton Town

    Jason E. Fischer, 33, of 54 Oslo St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with police. 

    New London

    Jose Vasquez-Romero, 21, of 29 Crest St. was charged Thursday with failure to illuminate plates, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle and driving without a license.

    Cierra Straub, 30, of 172 Crystal Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Jessica Walker, 27, of 49 Viets St. was charged Wednesday with accessory to third-degree larceny.

    Joshua Fine, 26, of 156 Garfield Ave., Apt. 8, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny.

    Norwich

    Velmore Jacobowicz, 46, of 45 Union St., No. 3, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and failure to use turn signal.

    William F. Connors, 44, of Coventry was charged Monday with violation of probation and interfering with police.

    Francis Ledoux, 37, of 28 Beech St. was charged Friday with failure to have facial protection and driving with a suspended license.

    Waterford

    Erica Torres, 27, of 7 Miner Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tanya Dewolf, 26, of 82 Oil Mill Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, traveling unreasonably fast and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.
